My name is Josh Brigham and I’m 19 years-old.
I was born in Denver, Colorado July 3, 1990. I lived there for 2
months then moved to Collinsville, Oklahoma. When I was four my
family moved to Texas and we’ve been here ever sense. So,
technically that makes me a Texan.
I went to Decatur high school and graduated in 2008.
When I was 14, right when I really wanted to start racing, both of
parents went back to school so my racing list is not very long. My
best recent result was a 1-1 finish in 125 open non-pro class at the
De Leon Arenacross in June. I really want to race the amateur
nationals but now that my fiancée [Karla] and I live on our own,
money can get kind of tight.
I ride as much as I can throughout the week and work out nearly
every day.
I want to thank my fiancé for helping me and giving me permission to
buy my new bike. Thanks to my parents for sacrificing their time and
working so hard to make a better life for my family. Also my
sponsors: Cycle Center of Denton, Scott Goggles, Factory Backing,
Sunline, Cycra, and Braking.
